Features of NC Output
Stop Points
The stop point is always on the front left corner. Other stop points or machining areas are not supported.
Approach and Departure of the cutter
The workpiece is always approached centered on a straight line, if present on the rear. Adjustments are possible in the production settings.
Vertical Drillings
Vertical drillings, which diameter matches a vertical driller or 5-achsis driller set in the Production Settings, are exported as drillings.
If there is no matching driller but a cutter with a smaller minimum diameter for pockets, the drillings are exported as circular pockets.
Hole Line
Drillings in an axis-parallel grid are automatically converted to hole lines. The grid can be adjusted in the production settings.
Horizontal Drillings
Horizontal drillings, which have a diameter that matches a horizontal driller or 5-achsis driller set in the Production Settings, are exported as drillings.
Dado
Dados are milled or sawn as set in the Production Settings.
Rabbet
A rabbet is generated using the milling tool, as set in the Production Settings. If the rabbet's width is larger than the available cutter, the rabbet will be milled several times.
Miter
Miters are always sawn.
