Since interiorcad 2011 master data (e.g. boards, edge bandings, coverings and finishings) can be imported into the database cache automatically. interiorcad simply is watching a configurable folder. As soon as CSV files appear in this folder, their content is imported into the database and the files get subsequently deleted.

The format of those files is defined by a PDF document. In case you are interested in its specifications, do not hesitate to contact us via interiorcad@extragroup.de. You will receive the specs and a couple of example files as soon as possible.

At the time of this writing, the format can be written by products of Borm, Kuhnle and Pinncalc.

To configure the folder that interiorcad will watch, open the menu «interiorcad», point to «Settings» and choose «Preferences». In the folowing dialog choose «Preferences». Enable «Import Master Data» and choose the desired folder:
